- Work in the browser with engineers rather than handing over a file.
- Hold the standard when a deadline argues against it.

- A portfolio of shipped product work you can talk about honestly.
- Comfortable with ambiguity at the start of a venture.
- Interface craft and systems thinking in the same person.
